Welcome to our little piece of Mountain Magic! This amazing three bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home is situated in the beautiful Southwest area of Las Vegas, Nevada! This home is in the perfect location to enjoy everything that Las Vegas has to offer!

Come stay a vacation rental that truly feels like home. When you walk through the front door, you will instantly be blown away at the beauty of décor of this home! Walk up the stairs of the split level entrance to the main living area. You will find a large great room with a leather couch and oversized chairs that are as comfortable as they are stylish. Relax here while enjoying over 200 channels of cable on the large television. Or, flip through the welcome book for the list of free DVD rentals from our extensive personal collection – give us a call and we’ll run it over.

When you are ready for a meal, you will find in the welcome book menus and information for many nearby restaurants – a lot of which deliver. Just use the telephone with free local calling that is provided, and have your dinner brought to you. If you enjoy cooking, you have everything you will possibly need in the fully-stocked kitchen – from baking utensils to chic wine glasses, stocked spice rack to fresh coffee beans. And speaking of cooking, if you are a plan-ahead kind of person and would like a refrigerator stocked with your favorites, we will shop for you and have all your groceries there when you arrive!

Also on the top floor, you will find a laundry area with detergents provided and a convenient half-bath.

 When ready for relaxing or sleeping, the super luxurious and comfortable master suite suited for queens and kings is also on the top level! You will melt into the king sized bed with 500 thread count sheets and more pillows than you’ll know what to do with! In the master bedroom you will find a large closet for storing all of your pieces of luggage. While winding down for the night, enjoy some I Love Lucy re-runs on the large television in the master bedroom. The master suite also has a large balcony for getting ready for the morning with a good book and cup of coffee.

Walk downstairs from the entry way and you will find the other two guest rooms, which are equally as luxurious! The first has a Queen bed, the second two twin beds, all three with luxurious high thread count sheets, lots of pillows, in-room televisions and plenty of closet and drawer space to unpack, settle in, and make yourselves at home.

 The two guest rooms are a suite of their own, with a shared bathroom and additional living space. In the downstairs den, there is a very stylish and comfortable fold-down couch for sitting to enjoy a good book, or to use as additional bedding for your guests. There is a reading nook in this room, and it makes for a great place to get away.

The patio off of the lower level is in a beautifully landscaped backyard with comfortable patio furniture, and a BBQ grill for those nights you would like to grill out. There is also a two-car garage off of the lower level.

 For those who need to work while on vacation, the home is equipped with a secured wireless high-speed internet service. Use the instructions in the welcome book to get your laptop dialed on, and you can work, email, or browse the internet without the concern of others dialing into the same network and threatening your privacy.

 Just behind the home is the community pool and hot tub! We have provided beach towels and pool floats for you to use while enjoying a dip in the pool. There is a baby crib, high chair, car seat, baby gate – everything you will need for your little travelers. Also, we have provided a picnic basket and ice chest for your Las Vegas adventures, and there are plenty of adventures to take in this area!

Mountain Magic is only fiteen minutes away from the famous Las Vegas strip, where you can enjoy live theater, gambling, fantastic clubs, great concerts, wonderful shopping and so much more!

 Or, only 25 minutes from the home is the breathtaking Red Rock Canyon. The adventure lovers can rent mountain bikes or ATVs for thrilling exploration of this gorgeous part of the desert. For those outdoorsmen seeking the quieter more relaxing side of nature, the hiking in this area is amazing!

Travel north from Mountain Magic about 45 minutes, and you will find yourself on the beautiful Mount Charleston. Take a trip there during the cooler months to enjoy snow skiing, snow boarding, or for the clumsier ones of us, just to enjoy the snow on your own two feet. During the hot Las Vegas summers, it’s a great day trip to Mount Charleston where the landscaping is green and lush and the weather is just perfect.

 Travel east just about 30 minutes from Mountain Magic and you will find Lake Mead – the largest man-made lake in the world. Its miles of shore are perfect for those looking for some great fishing, boating, kayaking, or just wanting to spend an afternoon by the water.

 We have thought of everything!
