Welcome to Sunset Serenity! This amazing six bedroom, four-and-a-half bath home is situated in the beautiful Southwest area of Las Vegas, Nevada! This home is in the perfect location to enjoy everything that Las Vegas has to offer!

 Come stay in a vacation rental that is approximately 4,000 square feet of luxury that truly feels like home. When you walk through the front door, you will instantly be blown away at the “wow” design of this home! The spaciousness and grandeur of this home will take your breath away. It is filled with beautiful art from a very talented local artist, and no amenities have been overlooked. Your stay will be extraordinary!

Upon entering the home, you are in the billiard and bar area. There is a very nice pool table with stools for the spectators, and plenty of pool cues to entertain yourself and your guests. There is also a dry bar with four stools for entertaining, and the kitchen is stocked with martini, wine and all other sorts of bar glassware. We also have a selection of wine available for you to purchase in advance.

Past the play area, is the living area. There are high, vaulted ceilings that give this area an added sense of spaciousness. There is a very unique dining area that seats eight people, that is seated beside two large windows that look out to the beautiful mountains and amazing sunsets. This is a perfect place to entertain dinner guests, with a nightly view that will blow your mind.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need from a quick meal in, or a large dinner party. There are serving platters, dinner ware, bar glasses, a toaster, a coffee maker, cappuccino machine and much more. The kitchen has a large island in the center for serving or preparing food, a separate wine refrigerator, and a large bar area with seven barstools for seating additional dinner guests. And if you are a plan-ahead kind of person, we will grocery shop for you in advance and have the refrigerator stocked when you arrive!

Also in the great room are very comfortable and modern leather couches and oversized chair. There is a huge 60” TV with over 200 satellite channels, plus DVR so you can record your favorite shows. Or if you can’t find a show you’d like to watch, just flip through our welcome book and choose a DVD from our extensive personal library. Give us a call, and we’ll run it over. (We live right across the street.)

To the right of the living room is the second full suite. In this spacious room are a full bath and a large closet for storing your luggage. There is a queen sized bed with high thread count sheets and luxurious pillows. There is a reading area with a fold down couch for sleeping additional guests, or relaxing and enjoying some good reading. There is a flat screen, wall mounted, LCD television for getting away from the group and enjoying television on your own.

 Also in this suite is the full office area. The entire home is equipped with wireless high-speed internet, but if you forgot your laptop, we have provided a computer. This computer has a flat screen LCD monitor, a scanner/printer/fax machine and telephones with free local calling.

Down the hallway from the kitchen, you will find three of the additional guest rooms. Two of the rooms are perfect for children – the first has two twin beds with very comfortable bedding. The second has a bunk bed with a twin on top, and a full sized bed on bottom. There is a television in this room for enjoying a movie before bed.

The third guest room on this side of the home has a queen bed, and is a gorgeous room! There is a spacious closet, and an additional seating area for reading or relaxing. Across the hallway from this room are the laundry room, and a shared bathroom, with a large stand-in shower.

On the other side of the home you will find yet another guest room with a private half-bath. This room has a queen sized bed with a down comforter and luxurious bedding. There is a flat screen, wall mounted, LCD television for enjoying your favorite shows as you wind down for the evening. Across the hallway is a guest bathroom with a luxurious tiled stand in shower.

And for the grand bedroom finale – the master suite! This spacious suite is larger than most Las Vegas apartments. There is a luxurious king sized bed with very decorative bedding, a down comforter, and 500 thread count sheets. At the foot of the bed is a large, flat screen LCD television. After a long day, enjoy a massage in the massage chair in the master suite. This chair is sitting right beside the large windows and door that walk out to the patio and beautifully landscaped, private back yard.

 There is a sitting/reading area in the master suite, with ample reading lighting, and small beer refrigerator within arms length. The spacious walk-in closet has plenty of storage for your luggage, and walks out into the large master bathroom. In this bathroom are a standing shower, and a large jetted Jacuzzi tub for some additional relaxing after your massage.

The luxury and comfort of this home are not limited to the inside. The front of the home is beautifully landscaped, and has a pebble walkway to the backyard. There is a spacious, gated and fenced side yard with a Bocci ball and croquet court and plenty of room to host a wedding reception, family reunion or large corporate event.

When you walk around to the backyard, you will find beautiful landscaping, a breathtaking view of the mountains, a spa that seats eight, a fire pit, and a private covered patio for entertaining outdoors. There is a patio table for our guests who smoke, or for those who wish to sit outside and watch the sun set behind the mountains – which we highly recommend you do! There is a small beer cooler on the patio for keeping your drinks close and cold, and a BBQ grill for cooking out.

This home has a spacious four car garage and enough parking for trailers, boats and RVs. We have provided a baby gate, crib and high chair for our smallest guests, and a picnic basket and ice chest for your outdoor adventures. This home is in the perfect location for enjoying all that Las Vegas has to offer.

 Sunset Serenity is only ten minutes away from the famous Las Vegas strip, where you can enjoy live theater, gambling, fantastic clubs, great concerts, wonderful shopping and so much more!

 Or, only 30 minutes from the home is the breathtaking Red Rock Canyon. The adventure lovers can rent mountain bikes or ATVs for thrilling exploration of this gorgeous part of the desert. For those outdoorsmen seeking the quieter more relaxing side of nature, the hiking in this area is amazing!

 Travel about 45 minutes from Sunset Serenity, and you will find yourself on the beautiful Mount Charleston. Take a trip there during the cooler months to enjoy snow skiing, snow boarding, or for the clumsier ones of us, just to enjoy the snow on your own two feet. During the hot Las Vegas summers, it’s a great day trip to Mount Charleston where the landscaping is green and lush and the weather is just perfect.

 Travel just about 30 minutes from Sunset Serenity and you will find Lake Mead – the largest man-made lake in the world. Its miles of shore are perfect for those looking for some great fishing, boating, kayaking, or just wanting to spend an afternoon by the water.

 We have thought of everything!
