The Enchantment Way - Luxury Green Vacation Rentals

Seven Luxury Green Vacation Rentals are under construction and we anticipate a completion date by the fall of 2008.

Enchantment Way is the very first luxury Green residential development in Las Vegas, Nevada. The gated five acre parcel boasts eight stunning upscale vacation homes which feature private pools, straw bale construction, radiant floor heating, solar power, spa like bathrooms and groundbreaking interiors, just to name a few.

Each of the award winning designed homes will earn the U.S. Green Building Council’s Gold LEED Designation. Huge energy efficient windows and soaring seventeen foot ceilings blend indoor and outdoor spaces. Serene grounds invite a stroll through private walkways under the magnificent mountain sunsets. Yet, the Las Vegas Strip sizzles only 11 minutes away.

Sustainable technologies and architectural excellence are only the beginning of this innovative and opulent compound. Special attention to Mother Earth and our responsibility as humans are deeply ingrained in this project. A portion of the grounds will be designated as a tortoise habitat where 18 baby tortoises will enjoy a happy, protected life and are looking forward to interacting with you. Rocks and plantings have been rescued from the bulldozers and will be reintroduced to the completed landscaping. An organic garden provides herbs and vegetables for chefs brought in through the exclusive onsite concierge service.
